We happend upon this restaurant on a Monday evening, in town for a memorial service the following morning. The decor and atmosphere were just what we were looking form. Modern and funky, cozy, unrushed. The macarroni was out of the world. If you go, you have to try it. You can get it in two portion sizes. My husband had the full order and ended up taking a third back to the hotel for a late night snack. (he would have been able to take back over half, but I kept digging in when he wasn't looking.) I had the grilled salmon with veggies and wild rice mix. Delicious as well, also couldn't finish the entire meal. (Portions were large) Server was very friendly, recommended items, and was never pushy, but was always around when we had a question. Prices were reasonable, especially for the size and of course the flavour. If in Nanaimo again, will definitely return ..More Reviews
